Our admission process is simple, family-friendly, and includes support options for vulnerable households through Ryvanz-Mia Charity.

Who Can Enroll?
Hope Memorial School admits children between 3 and 5 years into our early childhood programs.
Nursery
Ages 3–4
Gentle first steps into school with play, songs, simple routines, and caring guidance.
Kindergarten 1 (KG1)
Ages 4–5
Early literacy, numbers, and group activities in a friendly, interactive classroom.
Kindergarten 2 (KG2)
Ages 5+
Primary school readiness with structured learning, values, and confidence-building.
How Enrollment Works
Our admissions team is here to walk with you through each step:
1. Visit or Call the School
Stop by or contact us to ask questions and request an admission form.
2. Complete the Admission Form
Fill in your child’s details, parent/guardian contacts, and any health information.
3. Submit Documents
Return the form with copies of your child’s birth certificate or age declaration.
4. Meet With the Head Teacher
Discuss your child’s needs, start date, and any support your family may need.
5. Confirm & Join the Class
Agree on fees / support, and your child is happily welcomed into their new class.

Admission Requirements
To help us get to know your child and keep them safe, we kindly ask for:
- Child’s full name and date of birth
- Birth certificate or age declaration document
- Parent / guardian contact information
- Any known health conditions or allergies
- Emergency contact person and phone number
Fees & Support for Families
Our goal is to remain affordable while providing quality early education. Fees contribute to teacher salaries, learning materials, and maintaining the school.
For families facing financial hardship, limited sponsorship or assistance may be available through Ryvanz-Mia Charity, depending on funding.
